Dr. Frans and Dr. Sariet Nortje have been involved in counseling for more than 22 years. They have been married for 39 years and have two adult sons, Francois and Louis. They have obtained several counseling qualifications including, international degrees in in counseling Both Drs. Frans and Sariet obtained Honorary Doctorates (D.Div.TIU) for the pioneering work they performed in the Christian counseling field, giving all the honor and recognition to God, the Almighty Creator of Heaven and Earth. Involved Currently

they are full time counselors at their counseling practice where they practice Christian counseling and present courses as well as seminars and workshops. They were ordained as Pastors by CFM (a Registered Church Association in South Africa) Dr. Frans and Dr. Sariet are registered marriage officers. They manage a counselling network, i.e. Turningpoint Counselling Network, established and registered with the Directorate of Non-Profit Organisations. Reg. number 022-517-NPO. TCN/KBN is managed by Board members with Frans as Chief Executive and Sariet as Registrar. There are currently qualified as well as part-time counsellors in the network and they stand ready to address the emotional distress of the needy. They are registered members of the CPF in Doornpoort and do trauma counselling on occasion in the community. Dr Frans is the Senior Pastor of Shekinah-Glory Fellowship

Future prospects

Turning point Counseling Network, serves to send away brokenhearted people in freedom and to host courses, seminars and workshops nationwide to help fulfill the creation purpose of called ones. Namibia and other international countries are also targeted.
